Lindsay Dauphinee, C.N.M., M.S.N.

Lindsay_Dauphinee_CNM_2015Lindsay joined Gentle Beginnings in 2012 as a midwife with an extensive background in conducting research for women’s health issues and has had her work published in numerous academic journals. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a focus on Women’s Health from Brown University and a Master of Science in Nursing and a certificate in Midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania. Lindsay previously worked with women internationally in Mexico where she developed a humanization of birth project and helped to set up a midwifery school, and in Honduras where she advocated for women’s health issues. Prior to joining Gentle Beginnings, Lindsay worked at a birth center in Delaware where she delivered babies naturally and attended water births.
